In this document we tell you our terms and conditions upon which we sell and supply the services listed on this website.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Before confirming your order, please read through these Terms & Conditions carefully and in particular our cancellations policy of PTN Events Private Limited.\u202f<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

OUR CONTRACT WITH YOU<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

If you purchase any subscriptions, products or services from PTN Events and its affiliates, the terms of use for those Services will be set forth in a separate sales contract (\u201cContract\u201d) between you and PTN Events. These TERMS OF USE will not in any way change or limit your rights and obligations under your PTN Events sales contract. No other terms are implied by trade, custom, practice or course of dealing. Any variation of the Terms must be agreed in writing by us.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

PAYMENT:\u202f<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Payment of the full delegate, speaker, exhibitor and sponsors fee is due 30 days after the invoice date, or immediately if the registration is made within one month of the event. Our full bank account details are on the invoice.\u202f<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Please note your booking is valid only after full payment is received. We recommend you check with your Finance Department that payment has been made before traveling to the Conference.\u202f<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

The Total Fees specified on the Order\/Invoice are subject to an additional service charge (\u201cService Charge\u201d) applied to cover set-up and administration costs, and are exclusive of any applicable taxes which shall be payable in addition. All fees shall be payable to Event Organizer within the time specified by Event Organizer in full without any deduction counterclaim or set-off by Delegate.\u202f<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Fees are a fixed price and unless otherwise stated reductions and discounts cannot be offered should you not wish to attend the entire event.\u202f<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

CANCELLATIONS:\u202f<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

We understand that things do not always go to plan. Where possible, we will make every effort to assist you before and during the Event. If you need to withdraw your participation for whatever reason prior the Event, the following cancellation charges will apply:<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>
